Tonson One Residence

Tonson One Residence is a recently launched luxury freehold condominium in one of Bangkok’s prime residential districts and is due for completion in March 2023. The building will have 29-floors with just 80 units, all with double-aspect views, and is located 300 metres from Chidlom BTS Skytrain Station and Central Chidlom Department Store.

The development is to be constructed on a land area of 1,541 sq.m. and includes a state-of-the-art mechanical parking system with 115 car parking spaces for building residents, equivalent to 146% of residential units.

Tonson One Residence is located in one of Bangkok's most exclusive neighborhoods. The Lumpini area is defined by Lumpini Park, as well as its major thoroughfares: Ratchadamri, Wireless, Ploenchit, Chidlom and Langsuan Roads.
