Established Business and Freehold Premises, Plaza Bonanza, Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmádena

Plaza Bonanza sits right in the middle of Arroyo de la Miel, and Lucena Barbershop has been trading from it since 2013. It has the kind of reputation a new business cannot buy quickly, built on a loyal base of local regulars alongside the visitors who fill the square through the season.

The business is profitable and trading well. Accounts are available to serious enquirers. The current owner is not staying on in any capacity, so this is a clean handover rather than a partnership, and the buyer takes it on as their own from day one.

The premises are 71.80 m² of ground floor commercial space on Avenida del Gamonal, within Urbanización Plaza Bonanza. They are sold freehold, so the buyer owns the unit outright rather than paying rent on it. That is unusual for a trading business in this part of Arroyo de la Miel, and it takes the single largest monthly overhead out of the picture permanently.

For anyone looking to step into a running business, the hard part is already done here. The customers, the routine and the reputation are in place, and there is clear room to build on them. The premises include an extra room that could be converted into a private treatment room, opening the door to additional services, alongside the option of longer opening hours.

For an investor, the location does a lot of the work. A freehold unit on a busy central square, with an established business already trading from it, gives you options: run it, employ a manager, let it out, or look at other uses for the space subject to the necessary licences and permissions.

Priced at €389,000 for the freehold premises with the business as a going concern. Buyers should budget for ‌purchase ‌taxes ‌and ‌fees on ‌top of ‌the ‌price ‌and take ‌their own ‌legal ‌and ‌tax ‌advice ‌on ‌the structure ‌of the purchase.
