First of all, the large car park outside can easily hold up to 30 cars. This property is U-shaped and is composed of:
- currently to the left, the first wing with an outbuilding and a wine/spirits storage house, with a catering part consisting of a reception (32 m²), a welcome area, a dining hall for more than 100 (100 m²), a second dining hall more intime for 50 (52 m²), a magnificent terrace with an awning when needed, a kitchen, a washing-up area, cold rooms and a vegetable processing area (238 m²). With different accesses from the exterior, the staff and deliveries can discretely enter.
- on the right is the second wing of the château; from the ground and first floor, you enter diverse bedrooms, suites and have direct access to the magnificent garden.
-as for the central part of the château, facing due south, it links the two wings and is composed of a vaulted cellar (24 m²), diverse spaces for relaxing, well-being, a spa, jacuzzi, sauna and a sensory shower (90 m²). The vineyards are 400m from the château and 3 km from the small road.
Opposite the château's donjon and on the other side of the small valley, the wine-grower's house (19th century) is just beside the vineyard. It is an old dwelling (120 m²) with an office for production (28 m²) and the technical installations for production (394 m²).
About 50 oak barrels can be stocked in the wine/spirits house that is situated on the hillside, which guarantees a natural coolness from the ground.
It's here the the best vats are produced on the property. The production office is just next to it and assures a direct link with the vinification cellar.
The Château-Hotel part was worked on more than 20 years ago and is an exceptional structure.
Needs no structural work, the roof has concave tiles, the walls are stone, the heating and hot water are provide by an oil-fired boiler, air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, the joinery is double-glazed, the swimming pool in chlorine treated.
