Eleven years of restoration and more than 900 tons of stone were needed in order to give life back to this medieval fortress which dominates the valley of the Garonne, overlooking one of the most beautiful villages of the Lot and Garonne.
The ground floor of the dwelling is composed of a large room of more than 120 m², destined for cultural or artistic activities. There is also a toilet.
The first floor has been converted into a flat of 120 m² consisting of a big living area with an open kitchen and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, cupboards and bidet.
The openings give you a unique panoramic view of the valleys of the Garonne and the Agenais.
