This property was a nice surprise - Arena Beach - mountain side of the road between Estepona and Casares. Walking distance from the beach and you could easily cycle to the port. From the outside nothing special (red blocks), but this one is very well taken care off. Consists of three bedrooms and two are situated together (entrance right) and separate from the master bedroom, what makes it a very good structure. When entering the property you walk into a good size hallway, on your left a fully fitted N shaped kitchen with all appliances and sufficient storage. Good kitchen, lots of countertops and ready to use.
On your right you will find the single bedroom (can be made twin or an office). On the side there is the first family 3-piece bathroom and on the left a good size bedroom - West facing towards the garden. Back in the hallway you go to the living room that walks out onto a very good size terrace that is L-shaped, including a garden, BBQ and the cherry on the cake - a fantastic plunge pool and a constructed bar . From the living room is the master bedroom with very spacious 4 piece en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have got lots of cupboard space.
