This home was custom built with nothing but the best quality finishings throughout, many imported from Bali. Starting with purple heartwood floors, stone fireplace, lofted master bedroom, vaulted ceilings, and gourmet kitchen with island, wet bar, wine cooler, custom cabinetry, and pantry. If you love to cook and entertain, this kitchen is a dream!
The large, vaulted great room includes a spacious living area, a step up to the den or cozy family room with a stunning stone fireplace. The formal dining room and kitchen open up from the great room and have a wrap-around deck that allows you to take in the stunning views from every vantage point. The rolling mountains, the vibrate green colors, and the beautiful sunsets over the ocean can all be enjoyed from your deck.
As you climb the magnificent staircase, you will notice the stone wall feature which leads to you the most spectacular master suite with a lovely deck to enjoy the vistas. This bedroom is a loft-style with a spacious area to use as an office or as a yoga area. The bathroom is stunning with a large, two-person jet tub and stone shower. There is also a large walk-in closet with plenty of space for storage.
On the main level, there is another guest bedroom with a full bathroom. The lower level there is an in-law suite with a full kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Large covered living area to take in the stunning vistas. This would make a great revenue rental or a wonderful guest suite. It offers its own entrance and total privacy from the main area upstairs. The lower level also has a large laundry room and storage area.
