Casa Lapas is a beautiful 3 bedroom home with easy access, incredible views and a wonderful outside area. The property is over 3 acres which gently slopes down so there is plenty of room to add additional structures or create your very own paradise garden. There are currently fruit producing trees on the property (Lemons, Papaya, Coconuts, etc). 3) New sidewalks encircling the swimming pool.
4) New picnic table space added (now there are two areas next to the pool providing a great place to socialize without having to be in the pool). They are also great places to put cocktails and snacks while enjoying the outdoors.
5) The rancho had rain gutters added, tile flooring, ceramic tile countertops, a gas stovetop and emergency lighting.
6) Emergency lighting added on the main floor kitchen area.

Shopping, pharmacies, banks and all other amenities are also close by in the town of Palmar. And some of the best restaurants in the area are only a short drive to Ojochal.
