Casa Beba is a North-American built house, constructed in 1999 and remodeled in 2006. The original owners had intended to move here and live upon retirement. Life happened and the remaining owner has changed course. The house has been used as a migratory destination (meaning they came a couple times per year) and so there is extraordinary security on the house itself, as well as a gate and 24/7 vigilance. The windows have security bars and there are pull down and vented security doors for the sliding doors. The location would make these features unecessary for full-time residents, but would be a value-add for the new owners if they are of the migratory type. The one car garage houses one of the two water heaters. Another water heater has been installed for the master bedroom for quicker service to the master. There is room for storage in the garage, and in the 2 spacious loft storage areas in the master bedroom.Furnishings: The house comes furnished including the garden furniture. There are 2 Queen sized beds and 2 twins. The well landscaped grounds are gorgeous with winding footpaths throughout. Life happens outside in Costa Rica and this house takes full advantage of this. The large wood and glass sliding door that leads from the main living area and kitchen leads out to the under-roof patio next to the pool where the expansive valley views lead the eye out to the ocean. The grounds are populated with mango, banana, mandarin lemon and cinammon trees, as well as an extensive selection of Costa Rica’s flowers, all mature and well established.
