Located at the end of very quiet street, you feel a calmness overcome you as you enter the beautifully manicured, lush gardens of this profitable rental business. Hidden inside the property there are over 50 varieties of plants, numerous Pre-Columbian style statues, a large pool area, a jacuzzi, two exterior showers and an abundance of mature fruit trees. Even though this property is centrally located within the popular beach community of Bahia, it feels extremely private.

You can also enjoy gorgeous mountain views because of its unique location. This is considered a very large lot for the Bahia area with 0.6 usable acres. The amount of space is ideal for anyone looking to expand and add additional rental units to the existing home and apartment or make a private multifamily living space. It is located within walking distance to the beautiful palm tree lined beaches called Playa Chaman and Playa Uvita or the iconic Parque Nacional Marino Ballena along with many wonderful nearby restaurants and shopping options.

The main home has 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms and sleeps up to 4 people. It has a large fully stocked chef’s kitchen and a cozy living room/dining area. With lots of windows and several outdoor patio areas, you can take advantage of the beautiful greenery and nature surrounding the home and the outdoor lifestyle that Costa Rica is so well known for.

The 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment which has its own private entrance, a kitchenette and a private patio overlooking the amazing mountain views, sleeps up to 4 guests. There is an oversized, outdoor area below the apartment which can easily be converted into an additional rental unit and enough space throughout the property to add 3 or 4 more rental units or an additional home if you so desire.
