Description
Welcome to your turnkey oasis in Puerto Cito, a special upscale enclave tucked within the Costa Ballena. The villa sits on 1.92 acres and has been beautifully updated over the past two years and offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and tropical charm. Villa Turquesa features 2,200 sq. ft. of stylish architecture, custom ceramic floors and vaulted hardwood ceilings. It is ideal for those who want to entertain while retaining an intimate connection to the abundant, native wildlife.
The neighborhood of Puerto Cito has the unique feature of being situated on the western/beach side of the Coastal Highway. The access to the custom gate is 2wd and paved. Entering the foyer, you are immediately affected by a split-level design filled with light. On the main floor, you have the bright great room with windows trimmed in exotic hardwood, a bedroom/office, bathroom/laundry, well-lit dining space, and kitchen with pass-through bar and a separate pantry. The villa is being sold with appliances and fully furnished, including the imported gold sofa, minibar, and end tables. The living room walkout leads to a covered terrace perfect for relaxing or entertaining. It is the ideal height to view a prolific display of wildlife (white-faced monkeys, howler monkeys, a resident sloth, a multitude of tropical birds) that frequent in the thick canopy.
Downstairs, the second living area offers a respite in the form of a couch and chair, and light for reading. This bright area is flanked by double master suites painted in warm yellow and vibrant turquoise. These colorful rooms hold king-sized beds positioned to take in the view and wildlife. En suite bathrooms are both private and inviting… trimmed in warm granite and ceramic. Hardwood doors lead out to quaint patios and views of the sparkling swimming pool. Out from the living area, the covered patio features loungers and an adjustable waterfall into the pool.
Over the past two years, the meticulous owner has completed extensive renovations and upgrades to the villa ensuring peace of mind and hassle-free living, including—a new metal roof, two new A/C units in the upper living area, and a fresh blue-gray exterior paint, new wood cabinets in the bathroom, new Jacuzzi tub, custom petrified wood sink, refinished wooden deck, and updated counters. Custom glass doors were added to the third bedroom/office, closet space, and plenty of natural light.
Outside, the private shared road received asphalted and new drainage, new electrical wiring to the highway with an upgraded junction box, and the pool area received new grout and updated electrical for the waterfall and lighting. A new staircase to the ocean view rooftop deck improved with new base layer and tile. The home also features two refrigerators (one new), a secure privacy fence, and refreshed exterior lighting for both safety and ambiance.
Whether you’re looking for a full-time residence, vacation home, or rental investment, this home is ready to impress with its thoughtful design and substantial upgrades. Schedule your showing today and experience the magic of refined tropical living!
