Description
Introducing Jaza — a name as vibrant and full of rhythm as the home itself. Formerly known as Honeyburger, this beloved Nosara property has just undergone a stunning remodel and re-emerges as one of the most captivating homes in the D Section of Costa Rica's premier beach community.
Perched to capture sweeping views of both Playa Guiones and Playa Pelada, Jaza is tucked into the jungle canopy yet open to the horizon — offering that rare combination of total privacy and postcard-worthy scenery. Built entirely of concrete for durability and a clean, contemporary aesthetic, the home steps down two levels into the natural slope of the hillside, giving every room its own sense of place within the landscape.
At the heart of the property is a sparkling infinity-edge pool, seemingly spilling into the jungle and ocean beyond. Surrounding it, lush tropical gardens burst with flowering plants that draw a constant, colorful parade of hummingbirds, butterflies, and other wildlife right to your doorstep — a living, breathing backdrop to daily life at Jaza.
Outdoor living is central to the design. A high-end wrap-around porch invites you to slow down for sunset cocktails or a quiet cup of coffee, while a large extended patio with deep eaves keeps you shaded and comfortable throughout the heat of the day. Every outdoor space feels considered, connecting the home seamlessly to the jungle that surrounds it.
Inside, the two-level layout is as functional as it is beautiful. The main common floor hosts a spacious master suite, positioned to take full advantage of the views and cross-breezes. One level down, at the main entrance, you'll find three additional bedrooms, making this an ideal layout for families or multi-group stays. A gated area provides secure parking for two vehicles, alongside a satellite guest bedroom currently outfitted as a private workout space — flexible enough to serve as a gym, studio, or fifth bedroom depending on your needs.
Jaza is a rare offering in Nosara: a fully remodeled, move-in-ready home with dual-beach views, resort-style outdoor living, and a garden alive with wildlife — all within one of the community's most desirable neighborhoods.
