Description
Welcome to Los Jobos Gardens, a collection of 6 homesites located in the sought after location just a short 5 minute drive to Tamarindo town, beach amenities and more.
This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, open floor plan, single story home has over 182m2 of indoor living space with a real focus on tropical modern design and indoor outdoor living. Something that is one of the most sought after features on homes in this area.
From the moment you pull onto the 2 car parking area you will be greeted by a natural feel with the backdrop of tropical woodland. The styling of the home is apparent immediately, warm tones from the hardwood teak inlay under the roof, masculine touches with the darker tones, the textured walls and the innovative combination of wood, glass and natural wall.
As you walk into the home you are greeted with the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and living area which leads to the pool, lounge chairs and patio area. This results in an abundance of natural light in the home as well as the feeling of being remote which belts its true proximity to the beach.
On opposite ends of the home are the 2 guest rooms which are identical in size. Each rooms has large windows with green planters giving a blend of privacy and light. There is an ensuite bathroom for each bedroom and these rooms will benefit from built in closets also.
The remaining 2 bedrooms are both master suites with sliders leading to the pool and deck area as well as large windows with green planters facing the natural woodland and fauna found in this region. These larger and more spacious rooms also benefit from built in closets and a larger ensuite bathroom with dual vanity sinks.
There is a powder bathroom as you enter the home for guests to use and a laundry room on the opposite side of the door. Both of these rooms are easily accessed from the main living area yet are not prevalent keeping the clean look of the home constant. There is some room left on this lot of almost 800m2 to construct storage, a casita or to simply expand the beautiful landscaped garden.
This home is provided unfurnished and without appliances. Several packages are available meaning any new owner can really put their own touch on this flawless property.
