On the entrance level we are first met by a brilliant view of the sea and Torreblanca.
To the left is the open and modern kitchen adjacent to the dining room. To the right is a sofa group around the fireplace. A guest toilet is also available here.
Straight ahead we come out on a large terrace that houses two seating areas on either side of the door where the sun warms most of the day.
Downstairs we access three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a storage room.
Through one of the bedrooms we can go out onto a lower terrace with space for a dining table under the roof on the right and a little further away stands the washing machine and dryer. We can also reach this terrace and the private pool area from the outside of the house.
A little further away we find a separate secluded annex with a bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
To the left of the house is the pool with its own bar as well as barbecue and plenty of space for sun loungers.

The location is perfect in a quiet area within walking distance to everything: the train station of Torreblanca (200 meters), the beach (500 meters), shops and restaurants. Down at Paseo Maritimo you can easily walk on the 3 km long beach to central Fuengirola.
