Nestled into the lush mountainside across from Dominical, Cascada de Luz gazes out over the surf breaks and the horizon where whales return each year to raise their young. Designed by Studio Saxe, this home is a masterpiece of tropical architecture — seamlessly blending light, water, and vegetation into a living experience that feels both grounded and transcendent.

Every detail celebrates the connection between the structure and its natural surroundings. Dappled sunlight filters through the blue-tinted perforated roof canopy, breezes flow freely through open spaces, and the scent of native flora fills the air. As night falls, the home glows softly from within, mirroring the moonlight over the Pacific.
