Perched with panoramic South Pacific Ocean vistas, enjoy jaw-dropping 160°+ sights of the coastline, dramatic sunrises and sunsets, and endless blue horizon. Details of distant beaches, waves, and the jungle canopy come alive from this elevated paradise.
Due to the property's elevation and orientation to the coastline, the average temperature is consistently 3-4 degrees cooler than surrounding areas,—a refreshing and comfortable climate enhanced by ocean breezes and jungle freshness.
This estate spans acres in a prime location between Manuel Antonio National Park (35 minutes), Dominical (25 minutes), Uvita with the famous Whale’s Tail (35 minutes), located just off the Costanera highway for easy access to world-class surfing, waterfalls, zip-lining, whale watching, pristine beaches, and local markets. Playa Linda and Playa Matapalo are within 20 minutes and are 2 of the top rated beaches in the country for their beautiful setting.
Exotic wildlife including toucans, tanagers, monkeys, and other exotic wildlife visit daily right on the property.
