Sitting right at the Tamarindo river mouth is Casa Wayan in the most exclusive gated community of Tamarindo. This pre-designed villa is one of 3 houses that will be built in the new gated community of Uluwatu located in the mother condominium of El Tesoro.

This Villa is literally located 100 meters from the estuary and the white sandy beach of Tamarindo. This ocean view villa has views from Langosta over the Tamarindo estuary up until the national park of Las Baulas in Playa Grande. As this property is located very close to the entrance of the condominium it allows you to walk to the beach without walking up the steep internal roads of Tesoro.

Casa Wayan sits on a lot that measures 1,550 m2 (0.38 acres). This lot faces West so you can see the sunset dropping down in the ocean almost all year round. There is a 180-degree valley-and ocean view that allows you to spot waves from 4 different surf spots!

Luxury homes designed by Charly Wittock always radiate a Balinese style where outdoor and indoor living flows over into each other. Big sliding windows are opened to create a natural cross ventilation so you can enjoy the nature and lush garden around you. Modern contemporary design and high quality finishes combined with the central A/C allows you to easily enjoy the hot summer months or moisty winter period inside the house.
You have the opportunity to make adjustments and personalize the design so this villa fulfils 100% of your personal needs. Casa Wayan is currently sold as a 6 bedroom 6 bath villa but can be reduced to a 3 bedroom in an easy way in case the client would prefer that. The Yoga/Fitness room, infinity pool, fire pit, huge outdoor covered teras, state of the art kitchen and all the wood features throughout this property make this property a steal, especially taking the quality of finishes, the ocean view and the A prime location into account.
Casa Wayan sits on the same ridge as a handful of multi-million dollar homes where neighboring estate prices range form $2 to $20 million. All the peace and tranquility of a luxury, gated community. All the connection to land and sea. But, unlike any luxury community in the area, El Tesoro is right at the gateway to one of Costa Rica’s hottest surf towns.

The condominium is located only 5 minutes away from the Tamarindo regional airport and an hour from the Liberia International airport. El Tesoro also has 24/7 security plus a healthy HOA what makes this the perfect location to enjoy your dream house.
