On the top floor:
There are 3 bedrooms, including the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom. All rooms access their own balcony area, and the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub.
Also, on the top floor there is a spacious sitting room, with a log-fire and tv area at one end, and an additional seating area and balcony at the other end.
On the middle floor:
There are 2 further bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. There is a large and well-equipped kitchen and a dining area with a big round table from which you can enjoy the sea views. The kitchen leads out on to a decent sized balcony, with an area in the sun and a shaded dining and BBQ area, with views over the swimming pool and out to sea.
On the lower floor:
There are 2 additional twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a balcony looking out to sea. There is also a laundry / utility room on this level.
Central heating is installed in 5 of the bedrooms, allowing the property to be used all year round if desired.
Wi-Fi has been installed throughout the villa.
Externally there are beautiful mature gardens, with numerous shaded areas to unwind.
There is a large swimming pool, which is surrounded by a grand terrace with ample space for sunbeds and parasols, creating the perfect place to swim and soak up the Mediterranean sunshine.
The Northern region of Zakynthos is renowned for its’ natural beauty, with green hillsides and crystal-clear waters. Agios Nikolaos port is a short drive away, as is the Peligoni club. During the summer months, the port offers daily trips to Navagio bay, famous for the well-known shipwreck, as well as a direct ferry to the neighbouring island of Kefalonia.
The villa currently serves as both a much-loved family holiday home and when not in use by the family it operates as a very successful rental property.
