It has an approximate area of 142.18 m2. Located in the lower part of the property, close to the river, surrounded by gardens and lush Guanacaste trees. The house is a mix of materials such as polished cement and wood. It has 4 bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and air conditioning, two full bathrooms. The kitchen has white quartz countertops, gas stove with 4 burners, refrigerator, conventional oven, microwave oven, ceiling fan. In addition, it has a beautiful wooden terrace that functions as a living/dining room and is open to the gardens. There is a beautiful swimming pool with sunbathing area, all surrounded by gardens.
