This is not a typical land offering.

Located in Barú, just minutes from Dominical Beach and directly next to the entrance of Nauyaca Waterfalls, this 136-acre property offers a rare combination of scale, privacy, and long-term potential in one of Costa Rica’s most desirable regions.

At the top of the property, a large primary plantel provides the ideal setting for a luxury residence, with expansive views and unmatched privacy. Throughout the land, multiple additional building areas have been identified, while others remain to be explored, offering flexibility for a wide range of visions.

An internal road system runs through much of the property, allowing access across the terrain. The road is currently drivable, and existing water management infrastructure is already in place. Several creeks flow through the property, adding natural beauty and character to the landscape.

The property is surrounded by rich tropical biodiversity, with frequent sightings of wildlife such as howler monkeys, white faced capuchin monkeys, scarlet macaws, toucans, and other native species that thrive in this protected environment. This natural setting enhances both the experience of the land and its long-term value.

Positioned next to one of the area’s most visited natural attractions, Nauyaca Waterfalls, this property benefits from both privacy and proximity, making it especially attractive for those who understand the value of location and scale.

The property does not currently have legal water in place, and a future owner will need to obtain a water concession.

Opportunities of this size, location, and pricing are becoming increasingly difficult to find in the Dominical area.
