Guided by love, passion, and a spirit of joyful living, El Bosque is a master planned residential neighborhood created by the founders of the Harmony Hotel.
Set within a 37-acre tree-filled sanctuary a short walk from the beach, El Bosque presents the rare opportunity to live within the quiet and protected beauty of the forest, while still enjoying easy access to the vibrant community and conveniences of Guiones.

We have arranged El Bosque homesites based on the comprehensive analysis of our site studies, as well as the natural characteristics and flow of the property. Each of our 41 home sites offers its own unique sense of place within the neighborhood.

Each homesite in El Bosque is unique, with natural characteristics that create an individual sense of scale, atmosphere, and connection to the forest. We have a wide range of lot sizes, thoughtfully arranged to respond to the site’s topography and maximize areas of untouched natural land.

Land Only:
Purchase a lot and work with your own architect to build your home. Our architecture and construction guidelines ensure your design integrates seamlessly with the vision of El Bosque, and our team is ready to support you when you need us.

Land plus Home:
Purchase a lot in combination with one of the ready-to-build. Each house design can be adapted to almost any lot in El Bosque. This option offers flexibility and a shorter construction timeline, and our team handles the permitting and building process from start to finish.
