Looking to the mountain side of the land or inland are thousands of hectares of untouched reserve lands. Howler monkeys can be heard and seen daily.
There is a large ocean view building site ready to build on now with infrastructure in place. A legal approved solar well is ready to provide water now. And a second spring or water source can be further developed and approved also. There are good temporary living quarters in place
ready to live in now.
The land goes down the Rio Ballena, a small costal river that is part of the major watershed that makes up El Tigre and the surrounding mountains.
At the bottom of the property is the Rio Ballena and a fantastic very private swimming hole. This pool is well over 20+ft deep. Due to the geography of the area access to this swimming hole is almost impossible unless entered through this 6.7 hectares. This keeps this pool almost private to the 6.7 ha.
